HomeSafe Partners with DoD to Expand Hiring of Military Spouses

HOUSTON – HomeSafe Alliance, the premier move management provider for today’s military personnel and their families, is proud to announce their partnership with the Department of Defense (DoD) in order to further expand employment opportunities for our nation’s military spouses.

The Military Spouse Employment Partnership, launched in June 2011, is a targeted recruitment and employment solution that provides companies with direct access to military spouses seeking career opportunities. It also provides spouses with direct access to employers who are actively committed to recruiting military spouses.

As the awardee for the Global Household Goods Contract, HomeSafe will be the sole household move management service provider for the U.S. Armed Forces and Department of Defense. The organization is dedicated to providing fast, easy, efficient relocation experiences using cutting-edge technology. Under the GHC contract, HomeSafe will integrate secure electronic services to improve the domestic and international relocation process for military personnel and their families. Such services will include 24-hour personalized customer service, a customized electronic dashboard to track one’s progress in the move process, a digitized inventory of all household items and more.
